For just $65 for two, enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu that’s both innovative and rooted in tradition:
- Winter Chicory Salad – citrus, buttermilk dressing, grana Padano
- Chicken & Waffles – with satsuma marmalade
- Kale & Roasted Mushroom Strata
- Choice of wine (375 ml bottle): Priest Ranch Sauvignon Blanc or Priest Ranch Rosé

Each dish on our Napa Valley Restaurant Month menu tells a story:

The grana Padano adds a savory touch, symbolizing the perfect harmony of fresh, local ingredients and bold flavors.
- Chicken & Waffles: A nod to comfort food with a Napa Valley twist, this dish pairs crispy, golden waffles with succulent chicken, elevated by the sweet and tangy satsuma marmalade. It’s a playful combination of sweet and savory that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
- Kale & Roasted Mushroom Strata: This hearty dish is inspired by the classic Italian strata, a baked egg-based dish often served during special gatherings. Packed with nutrient-rich kale and umami-rich roasted mushrooms, it embodies warmth and connection.
