Ingredients
1 Dozen Large Cup West Coast Oysters (3”-4” shell length)
6 oz Mediterranean Butter
Fresh Chives, minced, for garnish
Directions
Set your grill to high. Shuck your oysters and arrange on a tray. Add ½ oz of butter to each oyster. Place the oysters on the grill, cover, and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until the butter is beginning to bubble and develop light caramelization. Remove from grill, transfer to a serving platter, cover with chives and serve immediately.
