2 oz Mediterranean Dry Rub
1 T Fresh Basil, chopped
1 Lemon, juice and zest
Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a storage container and cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
