2 oz Shallot, minced
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, coarse ground
1/2 tsp Korean Chili Flakes (Gochugaru)
2 T Chives, freshly minced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to finish
Directions
